Texas Longhorns Australia National Show Results 2025

The 12th Texas Longhorns Australia National Show was held on August 30th 2025, in Taroom Queensland. With 8 studs showing a total of 40 different exhibits in the Halter show, this year’s show was the biggest in Texas longhorns Australia’s history. The Paraders competitions was a highlight event on the day with 15 juniors and 11 opens competing. The Exhibitors Group Class was a sight to behold with 16 longhorns in the ring simultaneously. With Longhorn Hides, Horns, Skulls, Horn Products and Merchandise on display and Texas Longhorns Steaks and Sausages on the menu for lunch the whole day showcased our unique breed. Our President, Mr Wayne Jones gave excellent commentary throughout the day, detailing the history of the breed in Australia. Texas Longhorns Australia would like to extend its gratitude to our knowledgeable judge, Mrs Nicole Coombes for her efforts though the day working through all the exceptional exhibits. We would also like to thank everyone who volunteered in someway to make the day run smoothly, Ring Stewards, Pencillers, Ribbon Presenters and all those working in the canteen and merchandise stalls, the day could not have been the huge success that it was without all your help! National Futurity Results 2025

The 2nd National Futurity was held at the conclusion of the halter show and this year 21 longhorns from 5 exhibitors were nominated to compete.
